In order to achieve optimum protection against fine dust in the production air, emissions must best be avoided completely, with the goal of "zero emission"! This is precisely where Schuko still sees "air upwards", as many technical details, such as the filter bags, do not yet meet these requirements. As one of the leading manufacturers of extraction and filter technology, Schuko has been developing innovative technology for trade and industry requirements for over 50 years and is presenting a new generation of membrane filter bags for the first time at Ligna. For the Ligna, the company has equipped and presented its entry-level model of mobile dust extractors, the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, with this new equipment. With this technology, Schuko comes very close to its goal: fine dust free with a separation efficiency of 99.95% of all particles > 0.1 micrometers. The basis of this success is the particularly high-quality material processing in Hepa quality.
Visitors to the trade fair can convince themselves of the performance of the Schuko mobile dust extractors with the Vacomat 350 XP TWIN large dust extractor. This vacuum cleaner sucks up the Altendorf Group's stand opposite it live. The separated dust and chip material is collected in a chip container and compressed to save space by a Schuko Compacto briquetting press.
However, the focus of Schuko's presence at the trade fair remains on the technology of the industrial filter generation Validus. As individually planned single or in-line filters, this can convey air volumes of more than 300,000 m³/h. Schuko will present the various functions of the Validus on a filter model (scale 1:25) in a particularly vivid way. In recent years, the requirements for industrial filter systems have become increasingly stringent. Laws, rules and regulations are becoming more and more extensive and require a great deal of background knowledge. For this reason, Schuko will be focusing at this year's Ligna on consulting for special equipment with regard to energy efficiency and subsidies, fire and explosion protection as well as noise protection and automation. Visitors to the Schuko trade fair will also find advice on the ever more extensive operator obligations, e.g. in the approval procedure of the building authorities, so that the company, as a complete system solver, can provide its customers with advice and support.
In addition to the highlights for industrial wood processing, Schuko will of course also be showing its largest residual wood shredding machine, the ZM 1000-K, as well as an Octopus 10 sanding table and a dry FarbMax paint mist extraction wall.
