Description
Air make-up units form the basis of a productive work environment
Air supply devices are essential for supplying clean, preheated fresh air and ensuring optimal working conditions in spray booths and other work environments.
Our air make-up units are ideal for use in spray and paint booths and flash-off zones. Loaded, dirty air is extracted from the booth by the paint mist extraction system. The air make-up unit continuously supplies the paint booth with healthy, clean fresh air from the outside.
A suitably dimensioned ceiling air make-up unit is installed in the spray booth. It provides for a draught-free and even supply without generating air turbulence. Multiple filtration of the fresh air ensures that no dust particles adhere to the freshly painted workpiece surfaces.
Air make-up units with high energy savings
Equipped with a heating register, our air make-up unit automatically preheats the supplied fresh air in winter.
A heat exchanger can also be installed to capture and utilise the exhaust air heat for heating the new fresh air. This can yield energy cost savings of up to 60%.
The construction type for our air make-up units complies with the European Ecodesign directive, which prescribes the environmentally friendly design of energy-consuming products.
