Diese Weiterbildung soll die Führungskräfte der Schuko GmbH qualifizieren, ein zukunftsorientiertes Führungsverständnis herzuleiten und umzusetzen.

Einführung Lean Management

Um unsere Geschäftsprozesse und vor allem unsere Auftragsprozesse weiter zu digitalisieren, führen wir das "Lean Management" ein.
Schuko Bad Laer betrifft das in den Bereichen "Lean Produktion" und "Lean Administration". Dieses Projekt wird mit Mitteln des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung gefördert.

Weiterbildung Lean Production

Der Standort Schuko Trebbin erhält eine Weiterbildung zum Thema "Lean Production". Diese Maßnahme wird durch das Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Energie aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds und des Landes Brandenburg gefördert. Der Europäische Sozialfonds (ESF) ist Europas wichtigstes Instrument zur Förderung der Beschäftigung. Er fördert die Chancengleichheit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, unterstützt die Menschen beim Zugang zu besseren Arbeitsplätzen und bei der beruflichen Bildung und Qualifizierung.

Consulting

Ready for the future?!

The first consultation will take place for you completely witthout obligation. We usually have to make an on-site visit to get a better picture of the local conditions. For this we will arrange a suitable appointment for a visit by our territory sales representative to your premises. He/she will first take stock and determine the current condition of your operations. In this initial meeting general points will be clarified as follows: required extraction performance, space conditions for filter installation location, material disposal options, energy and safety measures, safety at work and environmental protection requirements, financing and funding etc.

A main topic of discussion will be your future goals so we can plan a long-term solution, possibly with resources for extension. Our field representative will quickly be able to identify a suitable Schuko solution based on this information.

Design & projection

From theory to practice

On the basis your individual criteria from the stocktaking, we will plan a suitable solution for your requirements. For this, we may need to prepare technical drawings in our CAD department. Once all questions related to the detailed planning have been clarified, you will receive an individual quotation including the delivery and installation date.

As soon as we receive the order, we will start with the detailed project planning and specify the concrete work steps for the on-schedule realisation of your solution.

Manufacture

Made by Schuko

As manufacturers, we develop and manufacture our solutions ourselves in our in-house production facilities. Production is done in-house at six of our locations with adherence to our high quality standards.

Owing to our qualified employees, we can address the individual needs of our customers and adapt the system to the site conditions – customisation included.

Delivery & installation

When the time has come

As soon as production of individual parts is finished, your solution can be delivered. Upon request, we can preassemble parts at our premises to save time and money at the installation site.

On the delivery date our installers will be on your site, ready for deployment. For the assembly of your system we will put together a fixed assembly team that will report to you at the beginning of the assembly work.

The assembly of your system will only be considered to be finished when all components are connected.

Commissioning & instructing

The first time

Initial start-up is usually carried out by one of our trained specialists. During this procedure a test will be carried out to ensure that the system is running 100% correctly.

In a commissioning report all commissioning steps will be recorded and finally signed off by the customer.
Briefing is done in the same step.

Service

Genuine full service

With our eight locations we are always close by and can quickly respond to service calls. This saves time and money and guarantees you optimal production availability.

Regular inspections maintain the optimal performance and longevity of your Schuko system. We would be happy to conclude fixed maintenance agreements with you at your request.

It is usually easily possible to carry out any extensions or modifications to your system that become necessary in the future. Our territory sales representative will be happy to provide advice and assistance.

We also offer architects and key customers our support in drawing up tender documents.
