Description

The FarbMax paint mist extraction wall is the perfect paint system for small rooms and workshops. With a solid, compact construction and a low installation depth of a mere 800 mm it can be installed directly on the wall to save space. The extraction wall has a positioning system enabling it to be placed wherever it is needed.

The parts to be painted should be positioned in front of the extraction wall to allow overspray to be collected by the extraction system. It hits the front cardboard filter mat in the first stage. Paint particles enter the retention pockets of these filters, accumulate there and cure. In the next two stages additional particles remaining in the airstream are filtered out through a non-woven fibreglass and a fine filter.

Stripped of solids, the clean exhaust air is blown through the wall or ceiling to the surroundings via an exhaust system. The room in which the extraction wall is installed must be supplied with sufficient new fresh air due to the negative pressure produced by the extraction process. Supply air systems equipped with heat exchangers can be installed if required. These systems transfer the heat from the exhaust air to the new fresh air and can yield substantial heating cost savings in the winter.

The easy access to this spray wall makes changing of the economical filter mats fast and trouble-free. Drip pans additionally catch the paint mist and keep the workshop floor clean.

Other advantages
