Approximately 200 employees at our seven Schuko locations form the basis of our success. It is thanks to their expert knowledge and teamwork that over the last 55 years Schuko Group has become established as one of the leading manufacturers of extraction systems and filtration equipment in Europe. Their ideas and actions are our capital and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction every single day.
At this location for decades, we have grown with and out of the community. Many of our long-standing employees live in the direct vicinity and have remained loyal to us even in the second generation. Demographic change and the lack of skilled workers resulting from it are also a challenge for Schuko. To counter this trend we train young people in numerous trades and dual study programmes and also support advanced training.
