STAUBFRITZ - Hand sanding work area for top-quality surfaces

Dust resulting from sanding work is annoying, pollutes the air, interrupts the work process, soils the workplace and has a generally negative impact on the entire work environment. Changing workpieces with varying shapes and dimensions make a fixed dust extraction position impossible in most cases. The STAUBFRITZ effectively and economically creates better working conditions. The floating dust is extracted to minimize the annoying adverse effects. Diverse sanding tasks, such as fine sanding of wood, sanding between coats of paint or polishing of workpieces of any shape or size - surface, frame or carcass - can be carried out in the vicinity of the STAUBFRITZ by hand or with a machine. The air with the dust is extracted and filtered in a closed system before it is re-circulated into the room. The collected dust falls into trays for disposal.

The new generation of the approved exhaust systems for operating positions of hand tools

Mobile exhaust systems of the series Vacoclean are designed for the connection of hand tools and hand operating positions.

The stationary installation, connected with a corresponding pipe line system, is possible. Depending on the type of device up to 5 machines could be exhausted simultaneously. The connection with the hand tools is effected with “suction bins” for wall mounting. If the exhaust hose is inserted the system starts automatically. The control panel is integrated. The filter regeneration is effected with a sending key pneumatically/mechanically.
